RESOLUTION NO. 2026-266
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR'S
APPOINTMENT OF NOEL ANDERSON AND ARIC
SCHROEDER AS DESIGNATED VOTING ALTERNATE, TO
THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY METROPOLITAN AREA
TRANSPORTATION POLICY BOARD FOR A TERM OF ONE
YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is entitled to representation on the Black Hawk County
Metropolitan Area Transportation Policy Board; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate representatives to serve on said board on behalf
of the City of Waterloo; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Noel Anderson and Aric Schroeder as designated
voting alternate to the Black Hawk County Metropolitan Area Transportation Policy Board for a
term of one year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
1. The Mayor's appointment of Noel Anderson and Aric Schroeder as designated voting
alternate to the Black Hawk County Metropolitan Area Transportation Policy Board is hereby
approved.
2. Said appointment shall be for a term of one year.
