WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is the owner of certain real property consisting of approximately 7,507 square feet located north of 2123 Commercial Street, Waterloo, Iowa; and WHEREAS, R&M Metals Properties, LLC, has offered to purchase said property in the amount of$500.00; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to approve the sale and conveyance of said property to R&M Metals Properties, LLC. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that: 1. The sale and conveyance of the city-owned property located west of 1425 Hawthorne Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa, to R&M Metals Properties, LLC, in the amount of$500.00, is hereby approved. 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
