RESOLUTION NO. 2013-542
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH KWWL TELEVISION, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated June 24, 2013, for the
renovation of the existing building located at 500 East 4th
Street and additional new construction on the site, with a
minimum investment of $2,500,000.00 and offering tax rebates for
10 years at 70 percent, by and between KWWL Television, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2013.
