RESOLUTION NO. 2013-544
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
WITH MULLIN & LONERGAN ASSOCIATES OF
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Services dated June 24, 2013, in the amount
of $46,300.00, for professional services in preparing a FY2015-
FY2019 Five -Year Waterloo/Cedar Falls HOME Consortium
Consolidated Plan and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing, by
and between Mullin & Lonergan Associates of Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2013.
