RESOLUTION NO. 2013-545
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED WATERLOO/CEDAR
FALLS HOME FY2014 ANNUAL ALLOCATION OF
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND
HOME PROGRAM FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION
OF SAME TO U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amended Waterloo/Cedar Falls FY2014 Annual Allocation of
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Program Funds,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
submit same to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2013.
