RESOLUTION NO. 2013-546
RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE-YEAR RENEWAL
AGREEMENT OF STOP LOSS HEALTH INSURANCE WITH
WELLMARK BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the one-year renewal agreement dated June 24, 2013, to
provide stop loss health insurance for a premium of $838,575.00,
for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2013.
