RESOLUTION NO. 2016-674
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2017 BRIDGE REPAIRS - 6TH STREET, 18TH
STREET,AND ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, CONTRACT NO. 916.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Bridge Repairs - 6th Street, 18th Street, and Ansborough
Avenue, Contract No. 916, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Bridge Repairs - 6th Street, 18th Street, and Ansborough
Avenue, Contract No. 916, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 22, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2017 Bridge Repairs - 6th Street, 18th Street, and Ansborough Avenue, Contract No.
916 are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August 2016.
