RESOLUTION NO. 2016-675
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE F.Y. 2017
BRIDGE REPAIRS - 6TH STREET, 18TH STREET, AND
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, CONTRACT NO. 916.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-674, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Bridge Repairs - 6th Street, 18th Street, and
Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 916, have been approved and adopted by this Council after
the public hearing on August 22, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August 2016.
