RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE-YEAR RENEWAL
AGREEMENT WITH ALTERNATIVE SERVICE CONCEPTS,
LLC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 24, 2013, to provide administrative
and claims services for self-funded workers' compensation claims,
at a cost not to exceed $23,810.00, for the period July 1, 2013
through June 30, 2014, be and the same is hereby approved.
