RESOLUTION NO. 2013-552
RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Cooperative Agreement dated June 24, 2013, for the
installation of a flowmeter at the Edwards Street Storm Lift
Station in conjunction with the U.S. Highway 63 Improvements -
Franklin Street to Conger/Newell Street, at an estimated cost of
$7,500.00 with 100 percent of the costs reimbursed by the Iowa
Department of Transportation, for a period of 12 months, by and
between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2013.
