RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AMENDMENT
NO. 2 OF THE AIRPORT MULTI -MODEL PARK
DEVELOPMENT PLAN WITH M & R IOWA, LLC (FED
EX) OF MADISON, WISCONSON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment to Amendment No. 2 of the Airport Multi -Model Park
Development Plan adopted December 13, 2004, to add a new project
to the Plan by M & R Iowa, LLC (Fed Ex) to develop an expansion
of the existing building located at 2320 West Airline Highway, by
and between M & R Iowa, LLC of Madison, Wisconsin and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 2013.
