DIRECTING
MAYOR.
RESOLUTION NO. 2013-169
APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
KARABEGOVIC OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated March 4, 2013, for the sale
and conveyance of city -owned property located at 2063 Howard
Avenue for $1.00, plus costs, and the deconstruction of the
existing building and related improvements on the property
located in the Downtown Urban Renewal and Redevelopment Plan, by
and between Redzo Karabegovic of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
