RESOLUTION NO, 2016-648
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID DOCUMENTS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REQUEST TO FULFILL
POLICE DEPARTMENT 5 YEAR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR PRINTER AND COPIER NEEDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Police Chief of said city to prepare and file bid documents, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the request to fulfill the Police Department 5 year
maintenance agreement for printer and copier needs, in the City of Waterloo,Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Police Chief did file said bid documents, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the request to fulfill Police Department 5 year
maintenance agreement for printer and copier needs, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 15, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid documents, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., in conjunction with the request to fulfill the Police Department 5 year maintenance
agreement for printer and copier needs are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2016.
