RESOLUTION NO. 2016-649
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE REQUEST TO FULFILL POLICE DEPARTMENT 5 YEAR
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR PRINTER AND COPIER
NEEDS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-648, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the request to fulfill the Police Department 5 year maintenance
agreement for printer and copier needs, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on August 15, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2016.
