RESOLUTION NO. 2013-174
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, INC. OF
CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amended Professional Services Agreement dated March 4,
2013, in the amount of $25,000.00, for additional soil and air
quality testing and other additional work at the former
Chamberlain Manufacturing site, by and between HR Green, Inc. of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 2013.
