RESOLUTION NO. 2016-650
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE COMPLETE WALL REPAIRS TO HANGAR NO. 4 AT
THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Complete Wall Repairs to Hangar No. 4 at the Waterloo Regional
Airport project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Complete Wall Repairs to Hangar No. 4 project at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on August 15, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Complete Wall Repairs to Hangar No. 4 project at the Waterloo Regional
Airport are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2016.
