RESOLUTION NO. 2016-651
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE COMPLETE WALL REPAIRS TO HANGAR NO. 4 AT
THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-650, approval of specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Complete Wall Repairs to Hangar No. 4 project at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on August 15, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2016.
