RESOLUTION NO. 2016-652
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION OF DOORS IN
THE BAGGAGE MAKE-UP AREA AND BAGGAGE DROP AREAS
AT WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director of said city to prepare and file bid specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Replacement and Installation of Doors in the Baggage
Make-Up Area and Baggage Drop Areas at Waterloo Regional Airport project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Replacement and Installation of Doors in the Baggage
Make-Up Area and Baggage Drop Areas project at Waterloo Regional Airport, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on August 15, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Replacement and Installation of Doors in the Baggage Make-Up Area and
Baggage Drop Areas project at Waterloo Regional Airport are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2016.
