RESOLUTION NO. 2016-657
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2017 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT
PROGRAM-ZONE 6, CONTRACT NO. 909.
WHEREAS, the plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with The
2016 Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Program—Zone 6, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this council after the public hearing on August 15, 2016, as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2016.
