RESOLUTION NO. 2016-658
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2017 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT
PROGRAM-ZONE 6, CONTRACT NO. 909.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2016-657, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
F.Y. 2017 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 6, Contract No. 909, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
