RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES TO APPROVE THE
PURCHASE OF REPLACEMENT GARBAGE CARTS FROM TOTER,
INC, OF STATESVILLE, NC IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$68,250 INCLUDING FREIGHT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an exception to the City of Waterloo Purchasing Procedures to approve the purchase of
replacement garbage carts from Toter, Inc., of Statesville, NC, in an amount not to exceed
$68,250, including freight costs, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2016.
