RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DEER CREEK
DEVELOPMENT, LLC FOR THE OVERALL DEVELOPMENT OF
INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE GREENBELT CENTRE BUSINESS
PARK BY ADDING ONE YEAR TO THE PREVIOUS 10-YEAR TIME
FRAME FOR INFRASTRUCTURE BUILD-OUT, AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Third Amendment to the Development Agreement dated August 15, 2016, between Deer
Creek Development, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the overall development of
infrastructure of the Greenbelt Centre Business Park by adding one year to the previous 10-year
time frame for infrastructure build-out, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15t" day of August 2016.
