RESOLUTION NO. 2013-183
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF
335 ALMOND STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-182, Request for Development
Proposal document, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the sale and development of 335 Almond Street,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on March 11, 2013 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said sale and
development of 335 Almond Street proceed in accordance with said
specifications.
