RESOLUTION NO. 2013-184
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
WATER WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013
HIGHWAY 63 IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE I, CONTRACT
NO. 790 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated March 11, 2013, for the reconstruction
and extension of water mains and associated work along the
Highway 63 corridor in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 Highway 63
Improvements - Phase I, Contract No. 790, by and between the
Waterloo Water Works and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March, 2013.
