RESOLUTION NO. 2013-185
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO SKYLINE CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF
DECORAH, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y.
2013 HIGHWAY 63 IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE I,
CONTRACT NO. 790, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$9,997,320.09.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Skyline Construction, Inc. of
Decorah, Iowa, in the amount of $9,997,320.09, in conjunction
with the F.Y. 2013 Highway 63 Improvements - Phase I, Contract
No. 790, described in the plans and specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said project with Resolution No.
2013-112 after public hearing on February 18, 2013 on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby awarded, the same being
the apparent lowest bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March, 2013.
