RESOLUTION NO. 2013-197
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SIX (6) 2013
FORD INTERCEPTOR POLICE VEHICLES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of Six
(6) Ford Interceptor Police Vehicles, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of Six
(6) 2013 Ford Interceptor Police Vehicles, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2013-176 on March 4,
2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 18,
2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Six (6) 2013 Ford Interceptor Police Vehicles, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th da of March, 2013.
