RESOLUTION NO. 2013-203
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated March 18, 2013, for State Recreational
Trails Funding, Project No. RT -8155(734)-9H-07, in the amount of
$755,694.00, with city match of $251,898.00, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2014 Shaulis Road Recreational Trail Extension - Phase
I, Contract No. 848, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th da of March, 2013.
