RESOLUTION NO. 2013-204
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH SKYLINE
CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF DECORAH, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013 HIGHWAY 63
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 790, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $9,997,320.09, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Skyline Construction, Inc. of
Decorah, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2013 Highway 63 Improvements,
Contract No. 790, in the amount of $9,997,320.09, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 18th day of March, 2013, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said Contract
signed by United Fire & Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 2013.
