RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH MICHAEL
AND LAURA HOY TO SELL AND CONVEY FOR
$5,000.00, PLUS COSTS, CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 335 ALMOND STREET, FOR THE PURPOSE
OF REHABILITATING THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY,
AS APRIL 1, 2013, AT 5:30 P.M. IN CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 1St day of April, 2013, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed
Development Agreement with Michael and Laura Hoy to sell and
convey for $5,000.00, plus costs, city -owned property located at
335 Almond Street, for the purpose of rehabilitating the
residential property, and legally described as follows:
The West 51 feet of Lot No. 4 in Block No. 65 in The
Cooley Addition to Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 2013.
