RESOLUTION NO. 2013-210
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH
CEDAR VALLEY CIVIL RIGHTS PEACE WALK
COMMITTEE, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Project Agreement dated March 25, 2013, for the
financing and construction of a memorial walk dedicated to
educate and reflect on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., by and
between the Cedar Valley Civil Rights Peace Walk Committee, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 2013.
