RESOLUTION NO. 2013-211
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO BILL COLWELL FORD OF HUDSON, IOWA,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SIX (6)
2013 FORD INTERCEPTOR POLICE VEHICLES, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $153,192.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Bill Colwell Ford of Hudson, Iowa, in the
amount of $153,192.00, in conjunction with the Purchase of Six
(6) 2013 Ford Interceptor Police Vehicles described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase with Resolution No. 2013-197, after public hearing on
March 18, 2013 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 2013.
