RESOLUTION NO. 2026-334
RESOLUTION APPROVING DOCUMENTS, AND ADOPT
AND LEVY THE FINAL SCHEDULE OF ASSESSMENTS, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2026 SIDEWALK REPAIR
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM - ZONE 5A, CONTRACT NO. 1127,
AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has caused the necessary documents to be
prepared in connection with the FY 2026 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program — Zone 5A,
Contract No. 1127; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the proposed Final Schedule of
Assessments for said project and finds it appropriate to approve said documents and adopt and
levy the assessments as set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, notice of the adoption and levy of the Final Schedule of Assessments is
required to be published by the City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The documents prepared in connection with the FY 2026 Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program — Zone 5A, Contract No. 1127, are hereby approved.
2. The Final Schedule of Assessments for the FY 2026 Sidewalk Repair Assessment
Program — Zone 5A, Contract No. 1127, is hereby adopted and levied.
3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to publish the required notice of the public
hearing as required by law.
