RESOLUTION NO. 2026-335
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE LEASE FOR CITY -
OWNED PROPERTY AGREEMENT WITH CROELL, INC., IN
THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.00, FOR PLACING AND
OPERATING A PORTABLE CONCRETE BATCH PLANT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has determined it is in the best interest of the
City to enter into a Site Lease for City -Owned Property Agreement with Croell, Inc., for placing
and operating a portable concrete batch plant; and
WHEREAS, the amount to be paid under said Agreement is $10,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve said Agreement and
authorize execution of said document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Site Lease for City -Owned Property Agreement with Croell, Inc., in the amount
of $10,000.00, for placing and operating a portable concrete batch plant, is hereby approved.
3. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
