RESOLUTION NO. 2026-319
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH RAMP
BUSINESS CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MAKING AVAILABLE A PURCHASING CARD PROGRAM,
EXPENSE TRACKING, AND TRAVEL PLATFORM IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5,500.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has determined it is in the best interest of the city
to enter into an Agreement with Ramp Business Corporation for the purpose of making available
a Purchasing Card Program, Expense Tracking, and Travel Platform; and
WHEREAS, the cost of said Agreement is in the amount of $5,500.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve said Agreement and
authorize execution of the document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Agreement with Ramp Business Corporation for the purpose of making available
a Purchasing Card Program, Expense Tracking, and Travel Platform in the amount of $5,500.00
is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
