RESOLUTION NO. 2026-320
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF A THREE-
YEAR SOFTWARE CONTRACT WITH FIFTH ASSET, INC.,
DBA DEBTBOOK, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEBT
MANAGEMENT, LEASE MANAGEMENT, AND
SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
FINANCE MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has determined it is in the best interest of the
City to renew a three-year software contract with Fifth Asset, Inc., dba DebtBook, for the
purpose of debt management, lease management, and subscription management; and
WHEREAS, the cost of said Agreement is in the amount of $45,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve said Agreement and
authorize execution of the document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The renewal of the three-year software contract with Fifth Asset, Inc., dba DebtBook,
for the purpose of debt management, lease management, and subscription management, in the
amount of $45,000.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Finance Director is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
