RESOLUTION NO. 2026-328
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO.1 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED OCTOBER 17, 2022, WITH
AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $385,100.00 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CATTLE CONGRESS LIFT
STATION AND FORCE MAIN PROJECT CONTRACT NO.
1075, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, previously entered into a Professional Services
Agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, originally executed
October 17, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined it is in the best interest of the City to approve
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to said Professional Services Agreement in conjunction with the
Cattle Congress Lift Station and Force Main Project, Contract No. 1075; and
WHEREAS, the amount of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 shall not exceed
$385,100.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve said Supplemental
Agreement and authorize execution of the document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement originally
executed October 17, 2022, with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in an
amount not to exceed $385,100.00 in conjunction with the Cattle Congress Lift Station and Force
Main Project, Contract No. 1075, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
