RESOLUTION NO. 2026-329
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH B32 ENGINEERING GROUP OF
HUDSON, WISCONSIN, TO DESIGN, PROVIDE BID
ASSISTANCE, AND CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION OF
INSTALLATION OF NEW ICE PLANT REFRIGERATION
EQUIPMENT AND RELATED EQUIPMENT AT YOUNG
ARENA, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has determined it is in the best interest of the
city to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with B32 Engineering Group of Hudson,
Wisconsin, to design, provide bid assistance, and construction observation of installation of new
ice plant refrigeration equipment and related equipment at Young Arena; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve said Agreement and
authorize execution of the document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Professional Services Agreement with B32 Engineering Group of Hudson,
Wisconsin, to design, provide bid assistance, and construction observation of installation of new
ice plant refrigeration equipment and related equipment at Young Arena is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
