RESOLUTION NO. 2026-330
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $328.00 WITH JOSEPH
GBELLEY ARMAH AND JOHNET J. DOSEE, LOCATED AT
1431 EDGEWOOD DRIVE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
KATOSKI DRIVE/HUNTINGTON ROAD RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has determined it is in the best interest of the city
to enter into a Temporary Easement Agreement with Joseph Gbelley Armah and Johnet J. Dosee,
located at 1431 Edgewood Drive, in conjunction with the Katoski Drive/Huntington Road
Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, the amount to be paid for said Temporary Easement Agreement is $328.00;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve said Agreement and
authorize execution of the document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Temporary Easement Agreement in the amount of $328.00 with Joseph Gbelley
Armah and Johnet J. Dosee, located at 1431 Edgewood Drive, in conjunction with the Katoski
Drive/Huntington Road Reconstruction Project, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
