OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 1044. APPROV-
ING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
REOUEST BY THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO ON BEHALF OF THE IOWA NA-
TIONAL GUARD FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCT A
25.000 SOUARE-FOOT BUILDING IN
THE-M-2,P'PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT LOCATED NORTH OF
3106 AIRPORT BOULEVARD..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO.IOWA AS FOLLOWS:SECTION
1.The zoning ordinance of the City of
Waterloo.Iowa.known as Ordinance
No. 5079, as amended. Is hereby
amended by changing the zoning des-
ignation on the ial Zoning Map re-
ferred to In Section 10-4.4,regarding
the following described property:

COUNTY, IOWA. EXCEPT THAT
