RESOLUTION NO. 2013-331
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF ALTERNATIVES
PREGNANCY CENTER TO HOLD WHEELS AND HEELS FOR
LIFE 5K RUN/WALK EVENT ON JULY 6, 2013.
WHEREAS, Alternatives Pregnancy Center has requested that
they be allowed to hold a Wheels and Heels for Life 5K Run/Walk
event on July 6, 2013, together with the approval of the Director
of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 7:30 a.m., with the route
to start and end at 1006 Decathlon Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Alternatives Pregnancy Center
to hold Wheels and Heels for Life 5K Run/Walk event on July 6,
2013 beginning at 7:30 a.m., with the route to start and end at
1006 Decathlon Drive, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2013.
