RESOLUTION NO. 2013-335
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF EAST HIGH
SCHOOL TO HOLD EAST HIGH ANNUAL ACADEMY BBQ
EVENT ON MAY 15, 2013.
WHEREAS, East High School has requested that they be allowed
to hold an East High Annual Academy BBQ event on May 15, 2013,
together with the approval of the Director of Safety Services,
and
WHEREAS, said event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00
p.m. at High and Vine Streets, including the closing of High
Street from Lime Street to Vine Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of East High School to hold an
East High Annual Academy BBQ event on May 15, 2013 from 10:00
a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at High and Vine Streets, including the closing
of High Street from Lime Street to Vine Street, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2013.
