RESOLUTION NO. 2013-336
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF SHOUT
MINISTRIES TO HOLD CHRISTIAN MUSIC CONCERTS
ON JULY 27, 2013 AND AUGUST 10, 2013.
WHEREAS, Shout Ministries has made written application to
the City Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to
hold Christian Music Concerts on July 27, 2013 and August 10,
2013, together with the approval of the Director of Safety
Services, and
WHEREAS, said July 27, 2013 concert will be held from 12:00
noon to 4:00 p.m. within the 800 block of West 2nd Street and on
August 10, 2013 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. within the 100 block
of Clay Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Shout Ministries to hold
Christian Music Concerts on July 27, 2013 from 12:00 noon to 4:00
p.m. within the 800 block of West 2nd Street and on August 10,
2013 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. within the 100 block of Clay
Street, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2013.
