RESOLUTION NO. 2013-343
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2013
LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE PHONE SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the City Council
heretofore instructed the City
proposed plans, specifications,
2013 Local and Long Distance
Waterloo, Iowa, and
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Clerk of said City to prepare
form of contract, etc., for the
Phone Service, in the City of
WHEREAS, said City Clerk did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., for the 2013 Local and
Long Distance Phone Service, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2013-314 on April 22, 2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 6,
2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the 2013 Local and Long Distance Phone
Service, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
