RESOLUTION NO. 2013-344
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2013 LOCAL AND LONG
DISTANCE PHONE SERVICE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-343, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2013 Local and
Long Distance Phone Service, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on May 6, 2013 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said service
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2013.
