RESOLUTION NO. 2013-352
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMENT,
INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 6, 2013, in an amount not to exceed
$19,500.00, for surveying, engineering design, design
supervision, and drafting services for the Washington Street/218
Systemic Traffic Safety Improvements, by and between Ament, Inc.
of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2013.
