RESOLUTION NO. 2026-316
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFERS, AS
LISTED I N EXHIBIT "A" AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has determined that certain
fund transfers are necessary and appropriate; and
WHEREAS, Iowa law requires that transfers be authorized by resolution of the Council
and identified as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Section 1. The fund transfers identified in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby approved and authorized.
Section 2. The City Clerk and Finance Director are hereby authorized and directed to take
such actions as are necessary to carry out this Resolution and complete the transfers listed in
Exhibit "A."
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June 2026.
