RESOLUTION NO. 2013-355
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO WATER WORKS AND CITY
OF HUDSON, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right -of -Way License Agreement dated May 6, 2013, to
place a water main in Ranchero Road right-of-way from Dewitt Road
to the Hudson city limits, by and between Waterloo Water Works,
City of Hudson, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2013.
