RECEIVING OF BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by
the City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at her office in the Clty Hall of
the said City on the 16lh day of July
2025, until 1:00 pm. for the construc-
tion of the Cattle Congress Sanitary
Sewer Litt Station Reconstruction.
Contract No.1075 as described In de-
tail In the plans and specifications now
on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

Notice Is hereby given that the Coun-
cil of said Clty will conduct a pub-
lic hearing on the proposed plans.

in the Harold E. Getty Councll Cham-

AECOM are now on file In the office of
the City Clerk for public examination.

SCOPE OF WORK
This project consists of construction
of the Cattle Congress lift station and
force main near the Cedar River in
Waterloo, Iowa. The project includes
demolition and reconstruction of the
Cattle Congress Lift Station (with a
natural gas generator for back-up
power). a force main to pump the flow
to the east along the South Riverside
Trail to an existing force main manhole
northwest of Conger Street
Published pursuant to the provisions
of Chapter 26 of the City Code of Iowa
and upon order to the Clty Council of
said Waterloo, Iowa, on the 15th day
of dune 2026.
