The proposed plans, specifications,
and form of contract for said project
are now an file In the office of the
City Clerk for public examination,
and any person interested therein
may file written objection thereto with
the City Clerk before the date set for
said hearing, or appear and make
objection thereto with the City Clerk

appear and make objection thereto at
the meeting set forth above.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
