RESOLUTION NO. 2013-372
RESOLUTION APPROVING WASTEWATER DISPOSAL
SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION WITH
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Wastewater Disposal System Construction Permit
Application dated May 6, 2013, in conjunction with the No Name
Creek Interceptor Sewer, Contract No. 849, by and between Iowa
Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2013.
